ES Summer Games 2015
Running: February 14th - July 14thSponsors:
Important update: if a class has less than 3 entries, I will not run it. I'm terribly sorry about this.
I've given you all an extra month to get your entries in!
---
Most of the classes take place outside, except for the puissance, which will be located in the indoor arena because of rain. The weather is sunny, but not too hot. The fields are covered in dandelions. In the evening, there are lovely sunsets.

In this class, both horse and rider are asked to dress up in a colorful costume, inspired by a bird. All participants will also jump a few obstacles wearing their pretty costumes. Colorful saddle pads or blankets, flowers, feathers, there’s no limits to what you choose to dress up with!
The class takes place in the outdoor arena. The sky is clear. Obstacles are set between 80 and 100 cm. You may design the obstacles yourself. Keep it colorful!

The big, scary balloon puissance
The puissance class takes place in the indoor arena because of bad weather. The starting height is 1.55 meters and will increase each round. This is what the obstacle looks like.
Rules:
- Helmet and proper security tack is required.
- At least half of the horse’s body should be visible.

Halter design contest
In the halter class, it’s all about designing a halter for your horse with the theme “summer”. Decorate the halter and horse with bright colors, pearls or seashells, or whatever crosses your mind. There’s no age limit in this class, so any horse can enter!
The halter show-off starts at around 4 pm and last for a few hours. In the background you may draw a blue sky or sunset, the forest and mountains, or the dandelions. As stated above, the background can be blurred.
Rules:
- Portraits only!
- No handler; only the horse should be visible.
- Horses must be familiar with halters! Please include in the description a picture of your horse wearing a halter. (Doesn’t have to be fancy.) Entry may be disqualified if this isn’t included.
- Mane may be braided.

- Effort (compared to your own gallery): 0-15 points
